How to instal .Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 10 without downloading again just use your DVD or USB windows installation media
Insert your windows installation disk and read its letter mine was :J in this case
Run CMD command prompt by and type the command;
DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:J:\sources\sxs
Where the Source:J was the dvd I used to do the tech review installation (d: should be the drive with the windows 10 tech review installation software)
